Sears.com canceled my order(gave no reason) of 3 sets of dinnerware but would not cancel the remainder of the order, a companion 2 pc serving set( now useless without the matching dinnerware). Called customer service on two seperate occasions and was assured that the companion set was cancweled as well, and I would be getting a refund. Sears.com then tell me a few days later that the item has shipped. I call Customer service and they say there was nothing they could do it was left up to me on my end.

They even see the notes of my call canceling the order the same day they canceled the dinnerware.

This is the worst online buying experience I have ever had.

It was like they did not care if I ever use them again.

Monetary Loss: $39.
