I had sears to my home August 2nd because my dishwasher door doesn't close properly. The technician ordered an new upper shelf and scheduled an appointment two weeks later.

I received the part and then got a call saying the technician was ill and today Sept. 16th between 10-2 was the new appointment. I walked around the house with my cell phone in my pocket to make sure I received the message he was on his way.

I never received a text, email or phone call. At 2:00 I went on line to find out when to expect him.

I was advised that he couldn't reach me so he cancelled the appointment. Now I'm rescheduled for Sept 23rd. Rather than wait another week could you find a local appliance partner that could come sooner to install the part?

It seems the last few times I've called for service the appointments get messed up. PLEASE HELP
