I ordered a mattress from sears.com.I cancelled order on a wednesday.The next day 24 hrs later it arrives anyway.I called and was told they would have ups pick it up within 24-48 hrs, naturally no one came.
I called and called every day and was told the same story.It is now 5 days later and I get a call from sears telling me they r just now today calling ups and item will be picked up within 5 days.I am livid!They charged my card on order I cancelled and will not refund till they get item back.Meanwhile I am not home and Item sits outside my house waiting for pick up and can be taken by anyone.If it is stolen I am responsible.Are you kidding me???????
