I tried to get a copy of my receipt.I could not find it when I got home.
I called costumer service and she said she could help me if I read the number on the receipt to her. I called the store and the guy that sold the item to me said he could not remake a receipt. I said I will need it if the item breaks, it has a full 3 year warranty. He said that warranty won't cover anything.
I said, the box reads 3 year full warranty against material defects and workmanship. The salesman said, that won't cover anything if you want coverage you need to buy a warranty. So I wanted to confirm this info and tried calling the store I normally shop at several times and no answer.
I tried the wed site and was even more frustrated.I can see why Sears is closing stores left and right.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Train your employees. I can get answers or a copy of my receipt. This was a simple problem and your people and web site were of no use. The last thing I want to hear is your warranty is a sham!.
I didn't like: Customer service web site or sales person.
