Our refrigerator of 18mos stopped working on wed 5/29/18. when we called sears service they informed us that it would be 10 days before they would be able to service our unit. I called 30mins later a different number number for service from our sales receipt and was able to schedule service for the next day. When the service man finally came it was determined that the compressor went out and needed to be ordered with a service date to of wed 6/13/18 between 8am to noon. We received the compressor; we were never informed of how many parts were needed for the repair and come to find out after our call to confirm service that there was a part on back ordered. we were informed that the parts dept. would be calling us in the next 24hrs as to when the part would be in to fix this very expensive unit. Now mind you all of this time we have been without a refrigerator!!!!!!! We are thoroughly discussed with both the products you're making as well as the service!!!!
Model: 795.7315*Kenmore Elite Bottom Freezer Serial: 603KR00247 Service Order#: 000842040776251. It would be to your reputation to get back to us as we have always bought and trusted the Sears name for workmanship and longevity but after this incident we are hesitant on purchasing any more.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
