They have charge me almost 1900.00 for merchandise with a life time warranty and now they are not contactable

Either send a replacement or credit my account

I sent back order # 90994****.. Tracking # 9505 51** **32 1253 **** 83 . You still have not sent the replacement in unisex size 8.. I have called your customer service line at least 10 times. I placed another order 91010****.. Which I canceled and was credited $39.99. I canceled it because of your companies incompetency in doing anything. I either want the first order sent correctly or credit my account $39.99. You may want to get english speaking customer service reps as this has been going on since 8/28 and now its 10/2 I will contact paypal and open a case unless this is addressed. Mary Rice

Sears lied to us and ripped us off.

A Sears tech came to the house, found the problem we were told by the tech the part was in and will be delivered by Friday, 2 plus months later no part and they stole our money.

No service

Refrigerator is spilling ice all over the floor . The motor will not stop . I had to take out the ice tray and turn off ice maker option . Even after all that the motor is still running trying to expel ice . I made an appointment for tomorrow and they passed it on to a third party . The third party text me and said they are to busy and will try next week. So after making arrangements to be home tomorrow they are not coming . Also you cant call anyone from Sears home services . Call center abroad. Holding on phone for 45 minutes. Call lost

Question about gift certificate

I was placed in a circle of ad after ad and never got to speak with anyone about my question. It was a waste of time, extremely annoying and I really fail to see why anyone would appreciate this.

Repair

Bought a washer and dryer set in Jan. The dryer works, but the washer doesn't work have had a technician to come out the first time sometime in Aug I think He did nothing he said he fixed it, but it wasn't fixed, had another technician to come out Sept. 2-2021, he ordered parts for the brand new washer, said that he would be back the 20th of Sept, he said the parts should be here and waited all day and never show ed up, no call, sears need to get me a new washer, not happy with sears

Missing my final refund

I ordered a refrigerator and oven from sears in Brooklyn. The girl measured the refrigerator wrong. As a result the refrigerator didnt fit in the door. I dont want anything from Sears. I spent $2721.79 and only received $1510.06. I want my total refund not partial before I reach out to the Better Business Bureau. Leda Castillo

I want to file a complaint.

I have had the Master Agreement since 1989 for my appliances and had never had any problem for someone to service my appliances like I am having this year. Since June 2021, I have tried to set up an appointment for a tech to come and repair my central air condition but have not been successful. I have called the telephone number and chat online on several occasions and is told someone will call me within 24 to 48 hours which no one has called me.

Refrigerator repair

On Aug 2 my new drive died, of course packed with food. Prepay for tech lol 8-28 1st appt, no call no show, second appt 9-21 tech called out sick, 9-23 truck broke down. Wth now next appt 10-15 are you kidding me! No addresses for executive complaint, no supervisor call back and still no fridge
