Sears Deserves a Class Action Lawsuit

I will not go into detail about the problem I have been experiencing with a refrigerator and the cost of food disposal. Having received a 3:47 AM automated call from Sears, I have tried to reach anyone in the US executive offices. Having been thwarted at every turn, it is time to take a more serious approach!
