At Tucson Mall, looked to buy a TV, but no TVs. Went to buy a 1/4 drive torque set. Was sent to several locations to find it. Finally, frustrated, gave up. Sales person wouldn't get off their duff to show where to find. Is this why Wall Mart and Harbor Freight are thriving??
Sears - Return an item
Sears count the return period since the item was purchased, no since the item was available to pick it up. Customer service really dissapointed me. I expected a better support.
