Sears - Refrigerator Problem
I purchased a refrigerator from Sears a year ago with a warranty. 3 weeks ago, it stop working. After multiple cancellations, a third party repair guy came out only to tell me he needed a part. Now, 3 weeks later, the part is still unavailable. Customer service experience has been horrible and they just don’t seem to care.

Re: Home Repair of Dryer. Grossly late, no call ahead to warn of late arrival. Technicans didn’t even arrive within 4 hours window...twice. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Customer service complaint line sounds like foreign outsourcing of people that just read from a script. They aren’t even sure what time zone you’re in and surely don’t listen. Sears, you’ve lost a customer.
