on the 20 th, of May I ordered Lawn Mower parts for my Craftsman rider.

I paid with my Sears card, total amount of $ 516.72, i printed the order out once it went through. Order # W564891, i have been on the phone and internet for the last two days to try and find out were the order is. it was suppossed to be delivered on the 30 of May, today is the 6th of June.

I have yet to get an answer all i am told is that the order is pending. i was even swithched over to the credit card department because of a problem with my card of which the woman i spoke with said no there is no problem with my card. but she could not help me otherwise i have spent two whole days trying to get an answer.

please fix this i have been buying products from Sears since i was 6 years old and never, never, ever gotten this kind of service form your company. all i want are my lawn mower parts.
