Not resolved

Placed an order, paid and money was debited from my bank account.

Received confirmation and delivery date with promise of phone call night before scheduled delivery.

No phone call.

Called four different "Customer Service" numbers and finally learned that a hold had been placed on the order, but no reason was found. No idea when the issue would be resolved, but I should still call yet another number?????

After two additional phone calls, the order was cancelled, I think.

Money has not been credited yet to my bank account.

Any wonder Sears is dying? Lost me for good.
