On January 2017 we purchase lawn mover tractor chraftsman and when delivered we found that was Not the model we paid for and Box was open. We been reassured that tractor is more expensive but Sears wouldn.t charge us more. Almost 1st try causing tractor battery was dead and that required us call since every month for replacement of batterry .In October 2017 after Hurricane Irma we call for battery problem and Tractor was working since as new Chreftsman battery finally was instolled by same appliances services for Sears for what we have Paid varanty . On March
6 /2018 tractor suddenly when cutting grass stop and wasn;t moving although motor was running. We call for service and new young kid came from same Sears appliances came . He DID NOT LIFT TRACTOR, JUST Made picture from side(2 witnesses who work here ) and we been told there is a "BELT" that partially torn and attemted ordering, eventually he left living keys on side and never return. We place nimerous calls and been given numerous appointment where "NO BODY Show UP". We order Belt and we LIFTED TRACTOR and found that belts is INTACTS. We been given numerous excuses that claiming the "TRactor" is Been.... in Water... therefore there is no repair. We insist tp produce us copy of PICTURES, claimed been done by tech as about that time we LIFT TRACTOR and make picture that show there IS NO RUST , and How if it was in Water , the MOTOR is WORKING that is more sensitive part that would be damagaed first . We place again numerous calls asking for Representative have in our presence LIFT& Picture Tractor buttom and compare to so claimed pictures taken by tech in March/ 2018 .
We lost enough time before January 2017 now another Scam.
On about end of June 2018 we receive tel call back from Customer complaint investigation, Sears Mr Wilson who give us referrenece #
5805410 reassuring that in about 5-10 days Sears will replace Lawn mover Tractor refurbished , working and to wait for call for it.
Today is more than 20Days (+) and today tel call to Sears Repair we learn that we ENDED in SAME Circle for Refusal to REPAIR /REPLACE or resolve $ 2000.00 Cost to us tractor including Waranty @about $400.00 that is another Consummer Fraud . There is No way Sears will /was planning to repair/replace while they got our $$$$$ . NOR admeet for Consummer Fraud by allegedly selling /delivering not ordered tractor that from inception have electronic problems , and not Taking proper reapir, falselly claiming tractor was in water, when in fact we have Car and TORO self propeling lawn mower @ Same spot and ALL working as it was on 5 FEET elevated Pad next to gazebo covered all no problems , and HOW TRACTOR WAS WORKING in OCTOBER 2017 WHEN TEC. SEARS Appliances replace another battery in October 2017 and NEVER CALL SINCE for 7 MONTHS. About that time the entirelly tractor (claimed been under water flood) COULD be RUSTED ENTIRELLY and Fall Apprt in all rods for wheels, motor, seats, &other pars for tractor. Where in fact tractor looks like NEW & MOTOR RUNNING, the only Belts not movings to rotate wheel and grass cutting blades.
This is a SEARS FRAUD against consummer when Sears refused to send Their Pictures claimed been taken that we compare or to send representative for MUTUAL FACE to Face Inspection of SOLD Lemon and for a Fraud on Servicer /varanty is alleged consummer fraud , deceptive practices for gain control by doing false inspection then Sears getting w/ $$$ charges for srvices that is never been planned or valid.
