Not resolved

Good Morning All:

The following is a subjective opinion, and within the realm of all hope and possibilities, may be the only single and effective activism that you can conduct to gain the proper legal resolution regarding Sears and their horrible handling of any and all situations regarding their products and services.

Since Sears LITERALLY pays tens of thousands of dollars annually to maintain the Sears A- rating to the BBB (Better Business Bureau - since this is how the BBB is underwritten and funded to operate) - the only recourse is to contact NACA and hire a Consumer Protection Advocacy Attorney who is trained, certified and has the experiences of handling cases just like each of yours. As a consumer, you have already invested time, money and effort in holding Sears completely accountable for the issues that you are having:

"What Resources Does NACA Offer?

"The National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) is a nationwide membership organization of more than 1500 attorneys who represent hundreds of thousands of consumers victimized by fraudulent, abusive, and predatory business practices. NACA members are committed to advancing the cause of just treatment for and ethical representation of consumers.

"As an organization devoted to consumer justice, we are committed to educating consumers like you about their rights and helping them achieve justice for themselves and for their communities. Look around our website to learn about some of your basic rights, to find some help, and to join with us in our effort to build a fair and just consumer marketplace."

Find An Attorney

"NACA member attorneys are committed to advancing the cause of just treatment for and ethical representation of consumers and will not, so long as they are a NACA member, perform services for any business or commercial client on a matter where that client’s interests are adverse to the interests of consumers".

"Share Your Story

We realize that your experience has likely been very difficult and you may not want to retell your story, but by sharing your story you will be helping us drive national and local debates as well as discussions with policymakers. You have the ability to potentially make a difference so that other consumers don't have to endure what you've gone through".

***Also remember that Sears has decided to expand their consumer lure in their third party marketplace (Sears.com) to now offer precious metals (e.g. gold, etc) and other items which 'appeal' to what you need without having to go to another on line vendor***:

****Whatever you do, recommend vehemently NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SEARS. Please look at the information that follows****:

https://searsholdings.com/press-releases/pr/2105

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., Aug. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Sears is bolstering its online marketplace as it strategically adds top brands and popular products to sears.com sold by third-party sellers. Today, the company announced that it is adding floor care brands Hoover, Dirt Devil and Oreck; men's and women's national shoe brands Dockers, G.H. Bass & Co. and Lucky Brand; and precious metals including gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullion bars, rounds and coins, as well as premium bullion products"

"Sears continues to grow the online product selection offered by third-party marketplace sellers as we develop new relationships with leading companies to participate in the sears.com ecosystem," said Peter Lai, chief online officer for Sears. "From top shoe brands and floor care appliances to gold bullion and commemorative coins, members can always find the products on sears.com that meet their needs." In my subjective opinion, your only option now is to hire an attorney to get your issues resolved regarding Sears. Pissed Consumer.com is one of those avenues with some of their programs to mediate and resolve an expedient resolution for you. It takes time, but it is so worth it.
