Hi, I have been waiting for almost 2 months to get my riding lawnmower deck leveled and have a tune up done. The first time was on 11 May the service provider said he had to order parts. A box arrived at my house he was scheduled to come again on 25 May between 8 - 12 for which the called me on 25 May at 2pm to tell me they were still waiting for a part. They rescheduled again for 12 June own their own, I accepted and I get a call on 11 June to tell me the part is on back order and they will contact when they get more information. This was after asking to talk to a manager. I am totally frustrated with the whole process. I even purchased a home warranty for which I am thinking about canceling if this is the type of service a I can expect.
