As usual Sears has another online screw up. Tried to register my Sears MC that the sales clerk talked me into getting for a $10 discount.

But when I went to register it online at, the links did not work and I kept going around in circles for 45 minutes trying three different browsers and calling customer service only to get told to try again later. Anytime you attempt to do any business online with Sears it is a nightmare.

Time to stop shopping at a store that has failed its loyal customers of many decades. Sell your Sears stock, this old retail dinosaur will never recover.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of sears website and associated monetary loss in the amount of $10. Sears needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
