Phone sears to see why i did not receive a call about my stove. Paid for service and service has not receive.
Kay stated i need to call them once i receive the part. Ask her how will i Know when part will come. She stated it will come to my address. Let her know i did not receive email or phone call.
Told her i need receipt for the fee i paid. She stated she cant give it to me. Told her to mail me a receipt, She stated she cant mail. Ask for her name.
She ask for my email. Has not receive a email yet.....Not happy....and need my stove fixed and a receipt....
