I have a complaint regarding sears service. I received new cards with a credit limit, as stated by sears to be $10,000.
My daughter who is also on the card tried to use it and was told the limit is $400.
Reason given by sears is that the card was inactive for over two years; your words. Now that I'm/daughter ready to splurge for her new home, we are told IT CAN NOT BE DONE.
Your policy now forces us to buy from someone else.
If you had said I fell behind on my payments, that would be a logical reason, but to say I haven't bought anything from sears for quite some time, is illogical. Good luck in your future.Phyllis Hall Brin, 340 998-8388 cell.
