The end of February 2018, I purchased a brand new elliptical from Sear's at Crabtree Mall. It took over a week to deliver.

Once delivered, the delivery service guy said that he didn't know how to put it together because he thought it was a treadmill. In 3 weeks, no one came out to put it together so I asked for a refund. It took them another 3 weeks to come back to get it. Now, 25 days later, I am still waiting for my $470.82 refund.

If I don't get my check in the mail by Monday, I am going to the local news to report Sear's. I do not recommend Sear's Delivery Service; unprofessional.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $470.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Took to long to deliver, Took too long to deliver took too long for refund incompetency.
