I've spent weeks in contact with them to get the issue resolved and no one at the company can seem to help. Customer satisfaction is obviously not a concern for Sears.
I will never give this company my business again! If they truly were concerned about their customers, the experience I had would have been completely different. Not just oh, sorry we can't help you even though they made mistakes and provided misleading information. Guess I should have looked more into the reviews for Sears before making the big purchases I made of a stove and a refrigerator.
But I will not ever make that mistake again. You would think the company would want to assist me in spending more money at their establishments but that's definitely not the case.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $160.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Refusal to not fix the problem and the lack of caring.
