I bought a washer and dryer from Sears. First washing machine came banged up, called to have it swapped out.
That took 3 phones. I also paid for a pick up and haul away service. 2 months later I'm still waiting for them to pick up. I call every week and every week they claim to be sending someone to pick up.
Now, customer service can't help me and directed me to call the store where I made the purchase. I want to kick myself for TRUSTING SEARS AGAIN! I have yet to have a good experience when making big purchases with them. First time was a patio set.
Long, long LONG story short, we ended up with 2 patio sets, banged up and when SEARS finally agreed to come set it up, they had to use different parts from the two sets to complete one.
BTW - the chairs didn't even hold together. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
