Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

They're working off an antiquated return policy and I can't reach anyone at Sears who has the power to make a logical decision even if it's in the companies best interest. I have Craftsmen Tools brand new unopened that can't be returned to Sears, so I can purchase more expensive items from Sears.

I will be taking my business elsewhere.

There are plenty of companies out there with great customer service who love to have my business. It's frustrating because I already have thousands of dollars worth of Craftsmen tools, but I will no longer be doing business with them.
