Have part for oven Have a lot of no shows

I have warranty on a five year old range. Ive been without an oven for over 2 months and have had 8 appointments all have been no shows except one and that was to order a part been stood up several times.

Last time they said on the way. Then said in a text knock knock.

You werent home. We were home.

Multiple missed appointments, no way to talk to a human, really poor AI, terrible customer service, repair that did not fix the problem. Out of pocket $1200 for parts and labor, but the oven still does not work.

Trying to get through to Sears was impossible. Got the same recorded message from every difficult to obtain phone number I called. A message which was useless by the way.

The item was returned in the proscribed timeline, never opened, I even tried to cancel it , days before it shipped , and they kept 2.31 as a restocking fee for plastic junk from China
Sears should have just called it quits after the bankruptcy, to act like Amazon and all the other big box retailers is pointless
