Our issue wasnt fixed even though he spent over $700 on the repairs. A second repairman came out and said that the parts that needed to fix the microwave was not available even though you guys still sell the same microwave and we have a built-in microwave with the oven at the bottom and the technician is gonna tell us that wed have to replace the whole thing theres no alternative.

If you can, please get somebody to call me my number 707-685-****. I would like to talk to a manager about this issue.

I called and talked to a manager earlier today. Her name was May MIE and she hung up in my face very poor poor poor, poor, poor, poor, poor customer service.

Warranty not honored

Our microwave died Sept 2024. Today is March 7, 2025.

We have full coverage with Sears warranty.
To their credit, they gave us some credit with which we bought a new microwave (by our adding $100 to the cost) in January.
The nice ladies at the phone number provided have said (EIGHT times now) ,"The microwave has not been shipped to the warehouse, so we are rescheduling your delivery" to--about 10 days from now.
Every time I talked with a rep, I asked to talk with a supervisor.I was promised a call back the next day. NO supervisor every called back.
No satisfaction since September 2024.

Seven months now, and no microwave. I am not a happy camper, or customer of Sears.

I was not aware that purchasing products thru Sear.com would actually be shipped or being purchased thru another company. Product didnt come the designated date. There was no phone number provided for contact except Sears customers service .

I have been waiting for my washer and dryer for 2 months. I call the Sears numbers from customer service, scheduling service, delivery department and the shareholders number I could not get any assistance.

All the numbers rolled over to AI service calls. I called 3 times a day and I received the same information reading from the company. The customer service call centers are out of the USA in Asia, India and no manager to assist you with any problems. SEARS IS A JOKE!!!

Dont waste your money because you will pay with your time and DONT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT.

The technical team doesnt know their job when they come to fix your products. Buyers BEWARE
