Bought Maytag washer and had it delivered.Upon hookup spin cycle didn't work and had service tech confirm and send e-mail proof to outlet store#05298.

Outlet store picked up washer and now two weeks later and multiple calls getting forgotten on hold and twice now no call back still no refund!!! Worst experience on every level and was told there would be no problem!!!

I'm about to drive down in person pissed!!!I will never buy anything from any Sears after this.
