Purchased dryer with installation. Dryer was installed but defective.

Installer requested for replacement.

Confirmed with Sears customer service the date they gave me is for both delivery and installation. Day before I called Sears customer service to confirm only to be told that the scheduled date is delivery only and up to the installer to call us for their own date. If I cancel my purchase, Sears will pick up defective dryer refund me the cost of dryer but not the installation because it was installed EVEN IF DRYER IS DEFECTIVE/not working. So clearly I will lose the $178 install fee.

What an inconvenience.

Receiving a defective unit sometimes happen but Sears should understand and make sure to the customer is taken cared of. Now we are at the mercy of the installer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Run around and lies and rescheduled deliveries.
