I purchased a refrigerator for a new remodel in July 2017. It was delivered in September 2017.
I contacted the store the following day and requested that they provide us with a refrigerator that didn't bang. They came out the 2 days later and took away Refrigerator #1 and replaced it with the same model that I'll call Refrigerator #2. After a few days we realized that Refrigerator #2 was alsodefective.
At this point we requested they come and pick up Refrigerator #2 and refund our money - that was on October 2nd. They took the refrigerator but still have not refunded our $1238.00
