Hi Sear's customer service. My name is Christopher Le, my Order #859821349.

on Nov 22th 2017.A washer machine Kenmore# 41262. The order was delivered on Nov.27.2017. The washer machine is working fine like it supposes to. But here the problem: After delivered the new one,the installation guy took the old washer machine away,with the machine's base.

That is Laundry Pedestal w/storage that attached to my old washer machine. After came home on Jan 20th 2018, I really unhappy with the way the you guys set up my washer machine.!!!! Look at the pair of my washer&dryer you will see how wrong it look. So,where we go from here?

And how can you help me to fix it.
