Washer & dryer scheduled for delivery from 5pm - 7pm. At 7am the morning of the delivery got a automated call stating my delivery was canceled due to bad weather.
Told to call the delivery phone number to get more information. When calling the number my call went to a International call center. I spoke to 3 different people all of which I could hardly understand and who could not help me. Then called another number, in Texas.
They gave me another number to call - still no one could help. The sun is shining and its 49 degrees outside. Forecast is showing same weather conditions at 5 - 7 this evening...Not sure why my delivery was canceled/rescheduled...sun and 49 degrees is bad weather,for Central PA in Jan? My appointment is now scheduled for Saturday, the worst weather forecast day of the week.
Go figure. Sears lost a customer!
