I have waited 5 days for my son New Mattress for Sears Delivery to call with a truck issue. (I guess like most delivery issue on this site) .We took off work to wait for out delivery.
Customer service was not help At all and speaking to a Manger was a joke and not takin serious. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY AGAIN. NOT WONDER YOUR ALL LOSING YOR JOBS AND THEIR GOIING UNDER.
I WILL CALL AND MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS SERVICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I was offered $30 in store credit to spend as a sorry for miss a full day of pay.
