We took off from work in order to receive a refrigerator, dishwasher, chair and bed from Sears. We called after the delivery window passed.
Told the truck had broke down and that delivery would have to be rescheduled. Spoke with Sears. Very nice person...He was told by XPO that they were going to deliver today! July 25.
We spoke with XPO not more than 10 minutes later and they said they could not make delivery today and would have to reschedule for next Tuesday. We said, "No! We could not take another day off from work to accommodate them!" After many phone calls we have an alleged delivery scheduled for tomorrow between 6 and 8 pm. Very bad customer service on the part of XPO.
Hostile and belligerent personnel! Wouldn't listen just kept talking over us. Very rude! Why Sears wants to do business with this obviously inferior transportation company is beyond me.
Oh wait! That's it poor customer service, poor delivery standards.
Substandard business practices! I will NEVER buy from this company again (SEARS) lost a great customer.
