I ordered a dryer on line. I have always liked Kenmore appliances.

I waited a week for delivery. Today, I got no delivery, no call, no nothing. Called the customer service line. Cut off the first time.

Called again, and waited another 15 minutes. This time, I was offered a rescheduled delivery for October (this is July), and THEN cut off. Called a third time, and they tried to find the order. Warehouse didn't answer, no one can tell me anything.

I cancelled the order, and now have to wait 7-10 business days for my money back. So, essentially, Sears is holding my money for 3 weeks, counting the week I have been waiting already. Plus, I have NO dryer, and all I get from the customer service people who don't speak English is "Sorry for your inconvenience". Seriously?

I will never, ever, ever buy from Sears again. No wonder they are going out of business...

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $506.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Lack of response and poor costumer service.
