I ordered a sofa and recliner online. The items were to be delivered, set up, and the old items removed.
Sears promised a phone call or email to me prior to delivery. Two days ago I found the recliner in a box on my porch. The color on the box was the wrong color and it required "adult assembly". I am 70 years old.
Yesterday a truck arrived with the sofa.
There was only one very small man to bring it in. He could not. I did not get a notification prior to that delivery either.
Of course I tried all the numbers given from different specialists. No one could help me.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of recliner. Sears needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
