We purchased a stove from Sears. Kenmore!

It was supposed to come in a week. It didn't come for 1 month. We also purchased a Washer from them. It broke after 8 months.

If we hadn't taken the service contract the repair would have cost us more than the machine. Also boxes started coming to our house, One of them 3 feet by 3 feet. We live in a small apartment. We are not a warehouse and do not have room for the parts.

Basically the machine has to be rebuilt. We are expected to house these parts until the service repair is done on the machine. (which is scheduled for 2 weeks from now) and that is if the other parts come in that are BACK ORDERED. We will never purchase another sears appliance.

Their service has really deteriorated through the years. The quality of the appliances they sell is not what it used to be.

We are sorry we didn't go to our locally family owned appliance store. That is what we recommend.
