I ordered a dishwasher and microwave approximately one month ago. Today they finally delivered both and after they arrive they told me they could not install the dishwasher because of the plumbing.

I asked them to go ahead and leave the dishwasher so I could have installed by a plumber and the delivery company refused to leave it saying he would have to return it to the warehouse even though I have already paid for the appliance. This makes absolutely no sense as I have paid for the appliance it is mine and there was no reason for him not to leave it.

I called customer service and ask them to cancel my order and now it’s going to take another 10 days before I will get a refund for both appliances. I will never Buy appliances from Sears again
