we were told that the delivery people would hookup the frig but when they got there they said that they couldn't because of the new code saying that because of no hookup behind the frig. How do people know the new code? Our house is only 10 years old so we thought that we were up to code.

We forgot that we needed the door switch to the other side and we had problems and the drivers would not answer the pages and messages and the sears store even called a frig man but none of the calls were answered so we had to put the doors back like they were.

I was told that the delivery people looked over the frig and didn't see any dents. I found a dent within 5 secs after they left. I was told that their would be a call were I can report it within 3 days and again there was no phone call to report anything. I would not replace the frig because of the problems we had thur sears

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: help with the switching the doors and maybe alittle off because of the dent.
