Purchased oven and refrigerator we were charged a set up fee which I think is ridiculous when you spend over $2000 but I digress. The problem is the delivery was made on 7/20 and they plugged in the oven then failed to connect it to the gas also left it out blocking the entrance to powder room needless to say when I called for them to return they wanted to schedule me on another date for a week later so I requested a refund for the connection fees which couldn't be done in that department so was transferred. The appliances are great but delivery service was horrible
