I purchased a washer and dryer and spent over $1,000. I waited over 7 days to have it delivered.

It was delivered on January 7th 2019. The time of delivery with a 2 hour window 3:45-5:45 was a “promised” time. They said they would call me when they were on there way. I received NO phone call and they arrived at 6:15.

I called the sears store this morning and spoke to the store manager and told him I was very upset and I wanted to be compensated for my wait and he would not do anything. I told him I would not be buying anything more from sears. He didn’t seem to care. Is this how you treat your paying customers!

When you promise a time you need to own up to that time. I expected something for my inconvenience if waiting around for my washer and dryer!
