I purchased a mattress at Sears-Plaza Las Americas,San Juan in 2016.Soon after the purchase we complained that we were being expelled from it and that the contents were displaced laterally with evidence of bulging.It was evident that it was a defect of manufacturing.We sent pictures and made many calls to request the warranty and were told that it was denied because the mattress was not rotated as indicated by the salesperson.The information utilized is false and we were never told that lack of rotation will invalidate the warranty.Moreso the 3 causes for invalidation were described in the warrranty documents as 1) stained mattress,2)lack of proper support and3) proof of misuse. None of these criteria were met.We even bought a cover and frame recommended by the Sears representative.To this date we have not been able to obtain the warranty and have been denied access to other managers that will be able to review ,in good faith ,our claim.All photos have been sent to rorhelp8975.
