I purchased a dishwasher from Sears. The dishwasher leaked from the first day, it took three weeks to get a service call, they didn't have the parts it will be another month before they can return.
This is the worst service I have ever heard of. I asked to return the dishwasher and they tell me it is against their policy and the refuse to take it back. Never again will I purchase anything from Sears.
I had been a Sears customer for over 50 years , always dealt with my local store and had been very satisfied. Evidently there is a new regime and customer service is no longer a priority.
