on 4/7/18 two delivery men drop our dishwasher off in the middle of our kitchen. They dragged water and fluids through our house. Neither said hello, or responded to us in any verbal manner. We paid for installation, all the parts needed for installation, and a warranty. The drivers said, "we don't do installation here." Nothing was done, we called a number of numbers but nothing was done.

After twenty five minutes the drivers came back for a wrench they left on our counter.

Why bring in tools if you do not do installation. We are pissed. Our floor is wet, and we paid for installation.

We had scheduled this delivery and installation but that original date was cancelled without even a phone call.

Just return it and shop at Lowe’s. Rochester NY

You need to contact Sears about this whole episode. However, knowing the sad state of Sears customer service, good luck on that.

You may end up cancelling the whole purchase and/or disputing the charge with your card company. Try Lowe's for appliances.
