On June 20th, I purchased a dishwasher from Sears. Due to my work schedule, I asked for a delivery date of Saturday June 28th.
On June 23rd, the local store was supposed to confirm my delivery date, which they never did.
After a number of pointless calls and never fulfilled promises, I am about to call Sears to cancel my order, and I will never do business with them again. I have already sent them an email with the details of what happened, but, regardless of their promise to contact customers within 8 hours, they never got back to me.
Monetary Loss: $582.
