i bought a kenmore dishwasher that was originally 1349.99 on sale for 929.99. it turned out to be a lemon.

they won't replace the dishwasher with one of equal quality, one with the same features, unless i pay the difference between the sale price i paid and the current retail price of a new dishwasher. how is that fair. i don't want an upgrade, i only want one that is comparable to what i have. how fair is that?

why should i have to put out any more money. they should stand behind their products and replace what was purchased.

Monetary Loss: $1349.
