I have been waiting for 2 months to get my Kenmore stove repaired' made 8 phone calls, and transferred to many people and still no resolve...SEARS SUCKS and if this is the way that you treat loyal customers of over 40 years, I feel sorry for new customers

My husband and I are senior citizens. I am a diabetic and i have Parkinson's. I have been trying to resolve an issue with my refrigerator and freezer not working since 8/24/2019. Perhaps it is because Sears is going out of business. The customer service rep Marcus and Natalie in the Master Protection department told me to purchase a cooler to keep food in or eat out. No regard for the medication that needs to remain refrigerated, no regard for the loss of food over the past 3 week and no regard for senior citizens on a fixed income.

I will never go in there again ok I missed picking my lay a way up by a week the cancelled it that's ok but they refused to give me my money back store manager is rude his asst is even worse I called customer relations nothing threatened to call police got my money back!!!

I just called to get an estimate for a tv repair labor cost and was prepared to provide tv type and part number and price as stated from the Sears onsite repair part site for the likely tv problem. I determined the likely problem from the manual which provided the tv repair likely problem and time to repair the problem based on tv issues. Sears would not provide an estimate for labor cost. I kept hearing that a repairman would provide the estimate after they showed up. Unfortunately, I would have to pay the service call fee of $99. I had a previous in house Sears problem in which the repairman did not repair the problem and stiffed me for over $200 and I wanted all the facts and cost in advanced. I will call a standard tv repairman.

Kmart 3237 has a new mgr recently and he is not very people.friendly..they have no coverage on their sales floor. You basically have to walk around the store to find an.associate to help you, and when you do finally get someone they are tied up with helping 2 or 3 others bc there the only ones on the floor

Sears - Kenmore French Door Refrigerator Review from Washington, District Of Columbia

Update to above - I just called to confirm delivery for tomorrow - it will not be delivered as "the refrigerator is not in stock. We don't know when it will be available from the manufacturer." Really? It's a Kenmore - a Sears product. I asked when had Sears planned to call us and let us know? Response (the customer service reps all sound like robots - literally) "I am so sorry ma'am. I can schedule for you a call from the manager of the warehouse..." The call has been scheduled - that was about 3 hours ago. Have to go as I have to buy dinner for our family. This fast food and pre made dishes are becoming expensive. My husband is willing to continue to resolve the issue, I say we go to Costco, Lowes, or Home Depot! I'be had it!

Currently in progress: We ordered a refrigerator online on March 17, 2016. We were told delivery was set for March 26th and that the "window of time" for delivery was between 9 am - 10:30 am. At 11 am after no call and no delivery, my husband called the number provided on the sales slip emailed to us. The man said the refrigerator had arrived but when "they" checked it out, they found it was damaged and delivery has been canceled. Wonder when they were going to let us know? After calling customer service we were told by the person I was told over the phone is a "manager" that the refrigerator would be delivered April 2nd. She offered 10% off the cost of the frige which we accepted. Guess what? I rec'd and automated call 4/1/2016 (evening before yesterday's delivery was scheduled) providing the "window of time delivery" of 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Saturday morning my husband called to confirm and we were told - no delivery scheduled for us! The refrigerator had not arrived at their warehouse. Now this is a Kenmote French door refrigerator. It's a Sears brand. So, they couldn't coordinate with their own staff to get it to the customer? They didn't have a problem accepting our money for it! That went through without a problem! Please let me add why I am particularly upset - not just because of the Saturday morning spent waiting for nothing or the cancelation yesterday and poor customer service. My husband is a diabetic. He keeps his insulin in the refrigerator - our frige we bought from Sears 12 years ago stopped cooling properly, so he's been keeping his insulin in a box in the frige in the lounge at the place he works after other employees said they didn't mind. My worry is that it could be tampered with or stollen. On the 26th, he had to drive back to work and place the insulin back in the rrfrigerator there. My husband does not want to trouble neighbors every morning and every evening. after complaining to Sears customer service yesterday, I was promised our order will be delivered tomorrow. This means I will have to take time off (busy time of the month for us where I work as we are training new hires). I will really be upset if they don't arrive. I will NEVER buy anything else from Sears that I can't take home myself! By the way: the customer service reps all have the same foreign accent and sound as if they're speaking through a voice altering device. They sound like elves speaking through a vacuum tube. What's going on in regard with that? It's actually insulting.

I bought a dishwasher from sears and purchased the extended warranty. The first repair was a bad circuit board. No power at all to the dishwasher. They came and repaired it. Second call exact thing. They came and repaired it. Third call a month later - the exact thing. This time I asked for a new dishwasher. They told me the guy would have to come out and fix it and only on the fourth repair for the exact same thing could I get a new dishwasher. And that process takes a long verification and a six to eight week wait. Seriously. NEVER buy an appliance from Sears. They should have replaced my dishwasher on the second call. Clearly they are using used parts on a defective dishwasher. Shame on them. No wonder they are losing so many customers.

Sears - Repair Review from Washington, District Of Columbia

I have an 11 month old gas stove i bought from sears. On thanksgiving one of the burners would not turn off. I called sears and was told no one could help until the next day. I called first thing in the morning and was told the first time someone could come was on dec. 7. We had to push the stove out from the wall and turn the gas off so as mot to have a fire. The repairman came and said he had to order the part snd they eould fix it on the 18th of december. Outrageous. I will never buy another appliance from sears.
