Sears Customer Care Review

This store use to be my fav place to shop. I will never go in there again ok I missed picking my lay a way up by a week the cancelled it that's ok but they refused to give me my money back store manager is rude his asst is even worse I called customer relations nothing threatened to call police got my money back!!!

Sears Customer Care Review

Kmart 3237 has a new mgr recently and he is not very people.friendly..they have no coverage on their sales floor. You basically have to walk around the store to find an.associate to help you, and when you do finally get someone they are tied up with helping 2 or 3 others bc there the only ones on the floor
