Ice maker in 2 year old refrigerator stopped operation on April 11, 2018. We purchased a Master Protection Agreement when we paid for the refrigerator and it is suppose to be good until 03/29/2021.

Two weeks later the technician showed up, opened the door and said the ice maker was bad and he ordered parts.

Two weeks later (May 9) he came back and installed a new ice maker and it is yet to make one ice cube.

On May 14 he was suppose to show up to check the ice maker . We waited from 8:00 to 5:00 like we were told to do and the technician called at 4:00 and said he was not coming and would reschedule the next service call for 2 weeks.

On May 30 there was no call and no show. Another day of waiting for our telephone or the door bell to ring. After making several calls to different departments at Sears every one said the service man would still be here today. Our last call was at 8:30 pm and the man said the technician would call us in one hour or call tomorrow to schedule another date for the service. It is now 9:15 and we are very tired of waiting for nothing.

It seems like no one at Sears cares about having satisfied customers. No wonder they are going under. We are very, very unhappy with this whole situation and will take appropriate action by calling our State Senator and any other official including the Better business Bureau.
