Bought a Kenmire elite fridge 1.5 years ago. Recently stopped cooling.

Needed 3 major parts, some under warranty but still cost over $400 to repair. Had to order parts which took over a week and then a took another week to get technician out to install parts. A week later my fridge is NOT COOLING AGAIN! Customer service is outsourced to god knows where and can never speak to a manager.

Had to live out of a cooler for two weeks and looks like I’ll be doing it again. Sears sucks!

Apparently techs don’t carry parts for the appliances and don’t have access to any in the state of Utah? DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS!
