I bought Kenmore refrigerator model #106******** from local sears store. After 6 months, the filter light came on to change the filter and water fill tube for ice maker was frozen.
We call sears technician during last year and they came to our house and inject hot water to icemaker water tube to get the icemaker running. After warranty was gone and icemaker could make ice again, I call sears for third time and technician call manufacture and manufacture said that freezer door is defective and does not have enough insulation. Two previous sears tech persons during one year warranty never told us the refrigerator has defective door. They want us to pay $900 to change the freezer door to get the icemaker working.
I call sears and asked them to give me a new safe working condition refrigerator.
Sears refuses to honor it. I like to get my money back or a new refrigerator from Sears.
