Sears used to have a great protection plan for your home appliances. Now they only care about getting your money upfront and when the time comes to use it you will get screwed.

If you purchase there whole house plan it is threw cross country warranty that has so much fine print that nothing is covered. The master protection agreement has good benifits to it but when the time comes to use it sears will find every excuse and loophole to get out of the claim. I am a ex sears service tech and my advise to all would be to cancel your policy's and get a refund while they are still in business. They are going bankrupt and only care about getting your last penny.

In the end you will be out your money for the contract when the close, or you will need to use it and find they won't honor the terms in it and find a way to get out of the claim. Rochester ny
