Sears customer service is a cesspool of ignorant robots. They have made a cascade of errors on a simple order for a washer/dryer and each time, in order to correct their mistake, they must cancel the order and create a new one AND each time they create a new one, the make another error.
After 10 days and countless hours on the phone with both customer service robots and supervisors, they are still unable to correct a simple order. The keep you on hold for hours at a time, I can prove this with my telephone records and then they hang up on you or disconnect the line. I will never do business with Sears again. Not sure how they are still in business.
After googling 'Sears reviews' I can clearly see that I am not the only one and they have zero or one star because they are a terrible company to do business with.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SEARS!
