Sears is dying and farming out their call center to the Philippines is a great reason why.Hire Americans that understand us.
The poor forgeries see the worse of us and do share our culture. I want things fast, I want to talk to a supervisor all the concepts they do not understand. I will never order anything from Sear on line again. I went to the local store and they handled it greatly.
I am not a racists, I think farming out call center where English is the second language is Sears fault not their oversea employees.
They did not process my order correctly and then I spent 4.5 hours on the phone trying to get tem to understand why they shipper me the wrong order.My apologies to foreign workers but Americans want to deal with Americans, they understand our culture.
