Sears - DO YOU LIKE TO GO TO WORK IN DIRTY CLOTHES
OVER A MONTH AGO I CALLED TO HAVE MY WASHER FIXED TOO THEM A WEEK TO GET A TECH OUT JUST TO LOOK AT IT. HE ORDER THE PART AND IT SHOWED UP IN THREE DAYS WAITED ANOTHER TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO COME FIX IT AND THE DAY IT SUPPOSE TO HAPPEN THEY CANCEL.
REALLY I ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME A LOANER MODEL GOT TOLD KNOW AND ASKED THEM TO IMMEDIATELY DISPATCH ANOTHER TECH OUT AND GOT TOLD WE WILL CALL YOU.
THIS WAS AT 8 AM IT IS NOW 1 PM AND NOTHING.
I WANT SOMETHING DONE ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT KNOW WHO TO GET AHOLD OF TO SETTLE THIS MATTER AND I WANT TO KNOW IF MY HUSBAND CAN FIX IT WITH OUT IT MESSY MY WARRANTY UP
