Bought a Samsung oven with induction cooktop and within 3 years the induction burner quit. Sears has 0 support if you want to replace the burner yourself and there are no videos on youtube for the do it yourselfer.

When you call Sears parts dept you end up in the Philippines. After much discussion and explaining, giving parts numbers and repeatedly explaining what an induction burner is the part order is made . 3 weeks later the part arrives from Calgary, 4 hours away, and I open the box to find they sent a regular burner and not the induction one.

I must have told them 10 times to be sure and send induction because they didn't seem to know what that was. There is a reason Sears is going under.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
