This has been one of the worst things ever, when I was a child my parents purchase from sears so when it was time for a housewhole appliance, I told my husband lets go to sears, my air conditioner from sears, my oven, refrigeration before this, to upset for words.

Need prayers for me and my husband, we purchase a refrigerator from SEARS in August, in October the refrigerator went up, so a Tech came out to fix it in Nov, we called them back in Dec, so Tech said he had to order a part, the part came in the mail so I called to say I got the part and to schedule a TECH, customer solution told me oh three more parts are on back order and won't be in until March, what how did one part go to a total of 5 parts for a brand new refrigerator, so I told the guy Dave that I was talking that I needed a new refrig, he told me good luck I no you don't understand I said in August I gave Sears the last of my tax money for this refrig. long story short, the Tech just left and said he reorder the parts good luck, my family is living out of coolers, WTF you mean good luck, PRAYER FOR ME PLEASE CAUSE if someone say good luck to me again today, it will be on
