I Purchased a Dishwasher it was Supposed be Delivered Monday. Never Showed Up.Called The Representative said it would be Delivered on Wednesday.
I asked the Representative will be Delivered an installed. The Representative said Yes it would be Installed.Wednesday the Dishwasher was Delivered the Delivery person delivered to the middle of my Daughters Kitchen an said in passing Sorry we do not Install appliances not his Problem.I Called to find out why the Representative did not tell me the Day before that I needed to schedule for Installation. That it could Take two-four Days to get it installed.
My Daughter has Three Toddlers an it Hazardous to have a Big Appliance sitting in the middle of the Kitchen. Plus when I purchased the Dishwasher, purchased extras hose an Extended Warranty there was no Declarations saying That I had to pay extra to have it Installed an Schedule an Appointment, No where on the Page Online.So Disappointing
User's recommendation: Do Not Buy From Sears.
Monetary Loss: $1100.
