Attempted to order a part and their representative on-line recommended the WRONG PART. The other part did not work either and it is ridiculous and takes way too long waiting on phone to get a RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER.
Found out having to call and wait again that one of the number was WRONG.
Sent both parts back and hope I get MY REFUND.
Sears site to pay the CITIBANK CARD has a tendency to work AFTER your DUE DATE, so CITIBANK CAN CHARGE $27.00 LATE FEE.
I have to call someone from Citibank to REQUEST FOR THE LATE FEE BE CREDITED. Why would CITIBANK be so nice to pass up FREE MONEY?
